# `ShadcnUI.Components.Navigation.NavigationMenu`

Named destination navigation built from a native landmark, list, and anchors.

Current location is an explicit caller snapshot. ShadcnUI does not inspect a
request, resolve routes, authorize entries, intercept activation, or provide
menu, tab, command, popup, or client-router behavior.

# `navigation_menu`

Renders named native destination navigation with explicit current state.
## Attributes

* `accessible_name` (`:string`) (required)
* `layout` (`:atom`) - Defaults to `:horizontal`. Must be one of `:horizontal`, `:vertical`, or `:wrap`.
* `class` (`:any`) - Defaults to `nil`.
* `list_class` (`:any`) - Defaults to `nil`.
* Global attributes are accepted.
## Slots

* `item` (required) - Accepts attributes:

  * `key` (`:string`) (required)
  * `destination` (`:string`) (required)
  * `label` (`:string`)
  * `current` (`:atom`) - Must be one of `:none`, `:page`, `:step`, `:location`, `:date`, `:time`, or `true`.
  * `target` (`:string`)
  * `rel` (`:string`)
  * `download` (`:any`)
  * `class` (`:any`)
  * `link_rest` (`:map`)
